Today Apple announced their new MacBook line and as many of my twitter followers know I currently own a Macbook. But as I work on new video projects and a few new .TV websites I really need a Macbook pro for video editing. So while watching blogs post updates about Apple’s notebook event, I posted on twitter this: “Crap still $2000 for basic MacBook Pro I need a bailout make that a bail-in. Better yet 7,000 twitter followers, just $1.00 a follower :)” see the tweet here:
So here’s the plan, I currently have 7,287 followers on twitter, if only half of them gave just $1.00 that would be more than enough for a new Macbook Pro.
The person that donates the most weather it’s $5, $50 or $100 I’ll give them my current macbook to them one week after I have purchased the new Mackbook Pro.
But you can still just donate $1.00 if you like. The timeline? 30 days.
I’m using ChipIN so everyone can see the current status. Please note I’m only doing the base amount $1999.00 for a Macbook Pro. Let’s see if this works.
